Those who’ve just started into fly fishing need some fly fishing tackle to start reeling in some good fish. The cheapest avenue to getting a set of rod, reel, and line to scout around for packaged deals at various fly fishing gear shops. A checklist of what to consider before or as you go scouting for gear are the types of waters you’ll be venturing into, and the distance from which you’ll be casting your bait. Get a chest pack or a bum bag with plenty of zippers, compartments and pockets. Some anglers prefer packs to traditional fishing tackle boxes because they’re worn on the body, making them more accessible.
