A Book Guide On How To Train To Run A Marathon

So, you want to join in a marathon contest? You are confident that you can do it simply because you have been jogging every morning for the past 6 years or so. So, do you think that jogging alone can help you qualify to be a runner? Actually, I’m the one who is thinking about joining a marathon contest after jogging every morning for one hour for the past 6 years. I feel that I can make it through. But of course, I need to sit down with my doctor and talk about it. I still need some confirmation from him and maybe, a thorough medical check up. If he will said that I’m “good to go”, the first thing I need to do is to learn how to train to run a marathon and the only thing that can help me is this book called “Marathon Training for Beginners” which I can download from the Internet.
